Welcome to Ventara Exhausts. By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

This website is operated by Ventara Exhausts (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, including all policies referenced herein.

2. Product Use & Compliance

Important Information

  • For off-road / closed-course use only

  • This product is not CARB compliant and is not legal for use on public roads in California

  • Intended for track or competition environments only

  • Tuning, if applicable, is sold separately

  • Power gains may vary depending on vehicle setup, tuning, and testing conditions.

  • By purchasing and installing this product, you assume responsibility for compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

Ventara Exhausts is not responsible for improper use, illegal use, or failure to comply with emissions regulations. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that the product complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid in full before processing unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, payment disputes, or pricing errors.

4. Production & Delivery

Many of our products are built to order.

  • If the item is NOT in stock, production and delivery may take 2–4 weeks.

Estimated production and shipping timelines are not guaranteed and may vary due to supply chain delays, material availability, or high demand.

Ventara Exhausts is not liable for delays caused by carriers, suppliers, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. No Returns / No Exchanges Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

  • NO REFUNDS

The customer agrees that all purchases and deposits are final, as these products are manufactured specifically for each order.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

6. Installation & Liability

Professional installation is strongly recommended.

Ventara Exhausts is not responsible for:

  • Improper installation

  • Damage to vehicle components

  • Engine damage

  • Tuning-related issues

  • Labor costs

  • Consequential or incidental damages

Any modifications to emissions systems may void manufacturer warranties. The customer assumes all risk associated with installation and use.

7. Performance Disclaimer

Performance claims, horsepower gains, sound characteristics, and other results are estimates based on testing under specific conditions.

Actual results may vary depending on:

  • Vehicle configuration

  • Supporting modifications

  • Tuning

  • Environmental conditions

  • Fuel quality

Ventara Exhausts does not guarantee specific horsepower or torque gains.

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing from Ventara Exhausts, you agree not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks. In the event of a payment dispute, we reserve the right to provide all documentation, communications, and transaction records to the payment processor and legal authorities.

Customers agree to resolve disputes directly with Ventara Exhausts before initiating any payment reversal.

9. Warranty (If Applicable)

Any warranty offered applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover:

  • Improper installation

  • Abuse or misuse

  • Track damage

  • Racing damage

  • Unauthorized modifications

  • Normal wear and tear

Warranty decisions are made at the sole discretion of Ventara Exhausts.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ventara Exhausts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, installation, or use of our products.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
